Sminu "Sim" Peter has spent over a decade fighting for clients all over DFW and has developed a reputation as an attorney that knows the law and gets results. Sim received his undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of North Texas and went on to receive his law degree from Texas Wesleyan University School of Law (now Texas A&M School of Law). Sim dedicates 100% of his practice to criminal defense and enjoys being in the courtroom. Additionally, he teaches future attorneys about effective courtroom advocacy as an Adjunct Professor at UNT Dallas School of Law. 

Sim is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Dallas Bar Association, Tarrant County Bar Association, Dallas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Collin County Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, Texas Criminal Defense Lawyers Association, and the Texas Young Lawyers Association. While the majority of his practice involves State cases, he has also has experience handling Federal cases in both the Northern and Eastern Districts of Texas.
